Envy Hair Resort stands firmly behind all of it’s salon services. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week from the date of service. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations; we do value you as a guest. This guarantee is only valid if Envy Hair Resort is the sole service provider.

product exchange

Should you be dissatisfied with any products purchased at Envy Hair Resort, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All sales of hair brushes are final due to Board of Health regulations. Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc…) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

late guests

We understand “life happens”. If for any reason you are running late to your scheduled appointment, please call us at (631) 676-5377!

We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting another guest’s appointment that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that all your scheduled services will be performed that day. Tardiness may result in rescheduling your appointment.
